Marciano Optique is a luxury, high-technology eye care concept coming to Avenir Town Center, designed to elevate the traditional optometry experience. This will be the Marciano family’s third location, building on their well-established presence in Palm Beach County.
The Avenir location is being thoughtfully curated as a more boutique, design-forward space, combining advanced diagnostics with a personalized, patient-focused approach. With a strong reputation locally, Marciano Optique is expected to bring a new level of sophistication to eye care in the community.

Meet the Owners
I had the pleasure of sitting down with Dr. Mark and Dr. Brandee Marciano — such a genuinely warm, family-oriented, and welcoming couple, and got a sneak peek at their beautiful new space.
The couple met in 1998 while attending optometry school and have been building both a life and business together ever since. They opened their first practice in 2005, expanded into West Palm Beach in 2015, and later opened a second location in Palm Beach Gardens in 2019. The Avenir location marks their third—and most elevated—concept to date.
Deeply rooted in the Palm Beach Gardens community, Dr. Mark Marciano has served on the City Council for the past six years and was Mayor from 2019–2020.
The Marcianos live locally in PGA National and have two sons, ages 21 and 24, both of whom are preparing to join the family practice—making this a true multi-generational, family-run business with strong ties to the community.

Avenir Location Highlight
The Avenir location will be led by Dr. Crystal Postell Horn, O.D., a board-certified optometric physician who joined the Marciano team in March 2026.
Dr. Horn provides comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages—from children to adults and seniors—and is known for building strong, lasting patient relationships through her thoughtful, personalized approach.
Her expertise includes contact lens fittings (including soft and bifocal lenses), as well as thorough examinations that screen for ocular signs of systemic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and thyroid disorders.
She works collaboratively with ophthalmologists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless, high-level patient experience—bringing both clinical excellence and continuity of care to the Avenir community.
